A: We deliver within 48 hours of purchase; if the matter is urgent please contact us.

A: We accept these major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and AMEX. For non-account customers, we offer a cash sale method, EFT credit card or direct debit. If you wish to purchase on a regular basis, we can open a 30 day trading account after completing our credit application process.

A: We import and purchase locally.

A: We have fully trained and experienced technicians to provide repairs to strapping and wrapping machines and well as all battery operated and hand tools across the state.

A: Westside Packaging Systems Australia is a ‘distributor’ and not a ‘manufacturer’ of products. All of our products are carefully sourced and selected for quality and durability. We offer the warranty provided by the original manufacturer and are bound by these requirements. On items directly imported, the warranty offered varies depending on the product. Most items are warranted against faults and defects in manufacture, however Westside Packaging Systems Australia assumes no responsibility for the following:

*Improper installation or failure to follow fitting instructions.
*Failure due to improper maintenance.
*Indirect or consequential loss or damage.
*Cost of freight or travel time.
